About Washington Women's Dialogue We face numerous social challenges to truly achieve a society that women can actively and inclusively participate in. Academy Hills Library × JSIE Collaboration Event Series“First Movers Forum” JSIE, in association with Academy Hills Library, launches a new forum series “First Movers Forum” in 2017. We welcome globally-active first movers in various fields to participate as speakers/panelists and to share their trials, challenges and lessons. We support individuals who have the courage to solve local/global challenges and to boldly move forward with actions on various fronts. JSIE organized the Second Forum

JSIE hosted the second Forum, with the cooperation of Roppongi Academy Hills Library, on Monday, May 30, 2016. This forum features social entrepreneurs who try to solve social challenges based on the viewpoint of the making business model of social entrepreneurship. JSIE focuses on several entrepreneurs and their businesses that were created in connection with the Great East Japan Earthquake on this fifth year since the occurrence of the earthquake.
