- I will participate the entire Crisis Simulation workshop (“the workshop”) on March 18 & 19, 2021 (both days 09:00-12:00 noon JST). If any circumstances make it difficult to attend the workshop, I will immediately notify GHIPP.
- I understand that this workshop is offered for educational purposes, and the content is not allowed to use for any commercial or other purposes.
- I understand that the workshop is conducted under the Chatham House Rule, where participants are not allowed to disclose names and his/her affiliations outside the workshop.
- I understand that the content of the workshop is not allowed to transfer, publish, or upload to SNS.
- I understand that it is necessary to acquire GHIPP’s permission in advance for any form of publication about the workshop.
- I understand that the fee will not be refunded after March 3rd, 2021.
