Let’s learn about diversity! What is diversity?
一般社団法人JSIEでは、小学校の生徒の皆さんに、楽しみながら多様性について英語で学ぶワークショップを開催します。イギリスからきたケイトリン先生と一緒に、放課後の時間に楽しく英語で話しませんか。本プログラムはGreat Britain Sasakawa Foundationの助成を受けております。
We think it is crucial to develop sensitivity and acceptance to those who are racially or ethnically diverse. The workshops aims for students to appreciate and respect those who have different backgrounds, unique interests and cultures. We welcome students of all nationalities who desire to communicate with others. Please join us!

自分のことを紹介する ~ 自分の生まれたところや、得意なところを言って自己紹介をする
This is me ～ Introduce yourself! Where I am from? What do I like? What can you do?
Listen to your peers introductions, and learn how to address them using appropriate pronouns!
【参加方式】 対面 (距離を十分にとって実施します) in-person @ open space

【講師】 ケイト先生（イギリス出身） Ms. Cait (from Great Britain)
ケイト先生の紹介：
2016年英国キール大学（犯罪学学士・日本語専攻）卒業。卒業後訪日し、現在は熊本県の小学校で外国語指導助手（Assistant Language Teacher (ALT)として英語教育に従事している。2019年のJSIEが主催する熊本 WISE Programにて最優秀賞受賞。2019年からJSIEのWISEアソシエートとして、いじめを防止するためのプロジェクトに携わり、多様性についてのワークショップを実施している。
