Around the world, societies continue to face complex social, economic, and political challenges that require inclusive leadership and diverse perspectives. JSIE is committed to empowering women, particularly in Asia, to expand their leadership roles in business, government, academia, and civil society while strengthening their contributions to the global community.
Through its Dialogue Series, JSIE creates opportunities for participants to engage directly with distinguished leaders and experts from a wide range of fields. Programs such as the Washington Women’s Dialogue (WWD), First Movers Forum, and Global Career Dialogue feature former government officials, business executives, policymakers, scientists, social entrepreneurs, and other accomplished professionals who share their experiences, insights, and leadership journeys.
These dialogues encourage participants to exchange ideas, discuss pressing global and social issues, broaden their international perspectives, and build meaningful professional networks. By fostering open dialogue and cross-sector collaboration, JSIE seeks to inspire the next generation of leaders and promote a more inclusive and equitable society.
